Returns

  • Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and with all accessories, manuals, and packaging intact.
  • Proof of purchase (such as order confirmation or receipt) is required.
  • Customers must contact us at our email before sending back any product. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed through cash reimbursement at the time of collection or replacement delivery since we only accept cash on delivery (COD).
  • Refunds may take up to 7–10 business days to complete, depending on your location and logistics.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Products that are damaged due to misuse, negligence, or accidental breakage after delivery
  • Items missing original packaging or accessories
  • Customized or special-order products

Exchanges

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you may request an exchange for the same item (subject to availability).
